Hi cousin, thanks for the note.

Let's start with Selleck Dann to make sure we are talking about the same people. He was b. 06 Nov 1753 in Stamford, CT and d. 1806 in Rush, NY. He married to Sarah Underhill abt. 1782. Sarah Underhill was b.20 Nov 1767 in Newton, CT and d. 20 Nov 1836 in Rush, NY. Info from the Underhill Genealogy.

Selleck and Sarah had 10 children that I know of. One of them was Nathanial Underhill Dann. He was b. 1787 in Ulster Co., NY and d. 28 Aug 1832 in Rush, NY.

Nathaniel married Elizabeth Rall. She was b. abt 1790 and d. 06 Oct 1859 in Rush, NY. I do not know anything about her parents or siblings. I do not know when they were married.

Nathaniel and Elizabeth had 4 children that I know of. Their daughter, Luceba, was b. 14 Sep 1808. She married Henry Ammiras Darrow on May 10, 1833 in Genesee Co., NY. Luceba and Henry Darrow were my 3rd great grandparents. I know a lot about their descendants if you want more.

How do you fit in? What information do you need?

Regards,

Eric Borreson

The significance of this note is that Selleck and Jonathan were first cousins, (grandchildren of John and Deborah) and about the same age. If Johnathan went to the Genessee country, it was likely with Selleck. Near Hopewell there is still a "Danns Corners" and a house identified with the Dann family.
